I booked a room for two nights at the last minute--the same day we stayed there. We were able to check in 2 hours early. My husband came down with Montezuma's Curse and was really ill, so I needed to get him to a cool and quiet hotel. Ex-Hacienda is FABULOUS. Our room was large, with two very comfortable double beds and pillows, large shower area. Room was very clean. We appreciated that their cable TV included some English-language channels to ease my husband's anxiety over being so ill. The hotel itself is huge and on a large property, so it's removed from the street. It's right in the heart of San Javier. It's also a short walk to a Farmacia, grocery store, and Oxxo convenience store.

Staff, facilities, and location were amazing. The historical architecture and design of the room were everything we expected. Modern Mexican design.

The beds are very comfortable. Very clean! Very quiet and relaxing. Showers are fine. Territory of the hotel is clean. The stuff is quite helpful. Location is great and safe!

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly, especially Raul was awesome. Gave us great tips and has great knowledge of the hotel (Hacienda) itself and the city.

The room was very quiet even when the street was one wall apart of us. The green areas are nice. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is located 10min walking from the historic center and in a safe area. The pool is really nice as represented on the photos. Service is really good, they take care of the car for a small fee. Breakfast was a la carte and very good. Bed was very confortable and bedroom is nice.
